Strong Leadership in Educational Marketing/Management

Elliott LevineElliott Levine, Managing Director
With over 10 years experience in all facets of marketing and public relations management, Mr. Levine is a recognized expert in the technology and education verticals. As the managing director of PAPERbasket, he counsels companies, school systems and organizations nationwide on targeted marketing and crisis communications. 

The former Vice President of Marketing for AbleSoft, Mr. Levine launched the company's educational portal, which subscribed over 3,000 schools within its first six months and garnered national attention on NBC. His distribution and promotion campaigns made the firm's flagship product, "Teacher's Toolbox" the top selling grade book software in 2000-2001. He also supported marketing efforts for such firms as WinStar Communications, Xoriant Corporation and Community School Networks. The former director of communication with the Lawrence Public Schools in New York, he garnered more than 60 awards in educational journalism. A regular national lecturer on communications, Mr. Levine is a columnist for the National School Boards Association, and has been featured in such publications as eSchool News, Chronicle of Higher Education, Internet Week and PR Week.

Keith Mintzer, Senior Advisor
As the managing partner of TSR, Mr. Mintzer offers nearly 20 years of demonstrated success in high tech sales and marketing. Most recently as the COO of AbleSoft Systems, producer of the popular “Teacher’s Toolbox” grade book software, he implemented a successful channel strategy and license program of the company’s grade book software through partner development opportunities. As the vice president of sales with GBC Technologies from 1986 to 1996, his channel strategies increased annual sales from $5 million to over $450 million. His performance gained GBC the distinction of being one of Inc. Magazine’s “Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies” in the early 1990s. 

Mr. Mintzer also served as vice president of worldwide sales for Hayes Microcomputer Products, helping to turn around sales of the modem manufacturer. Offering consulting and training services to institutions nationally, Mr. Mintzer has also worked with such companies as Xoriant Corporation, Reynolds & Reynolds Co. and Unisys.
